Heroes aren't born.
They're built.
Patrick defines the words “growth” and “perseverance.” Despite his colorful background and many attempts at starting his own business, Patrick learned over the last 8 years that the best way to be successful is to give back. This mindset is what propelled him into the real estate industry, taking his sharp skill set of communication, integrity and dedication and combining it with the urgent need for resources in the behavioral health industry.

Through these companies Patrick has already helped hundreds of people, either through the services offered through these businesses or hiring employees to help him see his vision through. Patrick’s main goal is to expand his movement across the country, hopefully connecting those who need a helping hand with the people who can push them in the right direction.
Patrick Legenzoff
Originally born in Colorado, Patrick Legenzoff moved to Arizona when he was only 1 year old. Growing up in the tough neighborhood of Maryvale, Patrick would eventually run into trouble, partaking in drugs and other illegal activity at an early age. Eventually, Patrick chose to get sober, dedicating his life to uplifting others and inspiring people to try to become the best version of themselves. Since his decision, Patrick has made great strides in the real estate and investing industries, making sure to remember his purpose along the way.
" When you hyper-focus your message, you ironically start to make a broader impact. Then you can start to talk about things outside of those niches "

PACE MORBY

There’s a reason I dominate the creative finance and subject to space. It’s because the Riches are in the Niches.

When you want to grow a brand, you have to get so specific with your niche that when people talk about their space as if it were a “gym,” you’re the barbell expert – no one knows more about you than the barbell. Once you earn this trust, you can extend your impact.
“Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after the other.”
Walter Elliot
If you want to take a ride with me…In the early days, I used to ask people to meet me on Saturday morning and I’d show them exactly how to build an investment business. But this taught me two things… 1. Service is not just the occasional Saturday morning, it’s all the time. You have to raise your level of value. 2. Only about 1 out of 100 people I showed these business secrets would actually take action. If I wanted to make a bigger impact, I literally had to reach more people and show them exactly what to do.
